ANNUAL INCOME+/-$310,000 (working 4 days a week)

Income could be significantly increased by full time practice,
adding cosmetic dermatology or MOHS.

Appraised value and asking price: $268,000. Seller will consider all offers.
The retiring physician is offering the practice with no down payment to a qualified physician.
The buyer can start as an employee at a guaranteed salary of $200,000 per year, plus incentives,
with purchase-payment to the seller from extra earnings over the first 2-3 years.
The seller will also consider an all cash offer or faster exit, with 100-125% bank financing available on approved credit.
