EXPERIENCE:
I have broad experience in strategic planning, management, operations, marketing,
valuation & brokerage of many medical specialties and ancillary healthcare
businesses nationwide. Since 1983 I have assisted in the growth and success
of over 500 health care practices and companies in the United States, including
the formation of over 40 medical groups and IPAs of up to 1,200 members. In
addition, I have provided management and training to healthcare business consulting
groups and MSOs.
